Hi all,
I felt pretty tired and sick all week...I only worked out twice this week and definately feel a difference in my loose skin (it is worse!) Ah, but today is a new day and hopefully I will start feeling better.

Total lost 120.5# (that is about the same that I weigh now! I have lost a whole person. I didn't really think of this just till now! WOW! What a difference a year makes!)
It is great to hear about everyone. Cheri, glad you made it thru girl, I have been thinking about you alot. I am out of town and not able to weigh in but last time I checked I was down 1 lb.

Well I had a .5 lb weight gain this week. Seems like I am bouncing like a basketball between 131 & 135.
I have been having troubles with my blood sugars lately, not being high but being too low. I am working night shift and I know that I am not eating like I should and my blood sugars are dropping too low. The other night I was feeling a bit light headed and checked my sugar and it was only 48.

Last week: 131
Today: 131.5
Gain of .5 lbs from last week.
