Hi all, I felt pretty tired and sick all week...I only worked out twice this week and definately feel a difference in my loose skin (it is worse!) Ah, but today is a new day and hopefully I will start feeling better. Preop 243 dos 220 last week 124.6 today 122.5 (down 2.1 #...proabably a little dehydration and alot of muscle loss...) Total lost 120.5# (that is about the same that I weigh now! I have lost a whole person. I didn't really think of this just till now! WOW! What a difference a year makes!)

It is great to hear about everyone. Cheri, glad you made it thru girl, I have been thinking about you alot. I am out of town and not able to weigh in but last time I checked I was down 1 lb. SW 282 CW 164 Total loss, 118lbs. One under goal! I just keep encouraging everyone to stay strong. If you need to start over and get on track-we are here for you. This WLS journey is a marathon-not a sprint. We are worth it!

Dianne, I hope you are feeling better. I was also sick this week, couldn't taste anything and I think that helped me lose, by staying away from food. You are doing a great job Shar

Well I had a .5 lb weight gain this week. Seems like I am bouncing like a basketball between 131 & 135. I have been having troubles with my blood sugars lately, not being high but being too low. I am working night shift and I know that I am not eating like I should and my blood sugars are dropping too low. The other night I was feeling a bit light headed and checked my sugar and it was only 48. Highest: 276 DOS: 263 Last week: 131 Today: 131.5 Gain of .5 lbs from last week. Cindy, I hope you stabilie your blood sugar. It sure can make you feel awful. But a gain for you is ok becasue yopu are so far below your goal. Be well and have a good week

210 and holding.. I got down to 205 a while back.. but that didn't last long. Somedays I have weighed myself and gone up as high as 222! Isn't that a trip? How can I fluxuate that much? Do you all weight at a certain time of day? I hate my scale... but I love my new jeans. ;) -Shakeira
