Good Morning Everyone, It sounds like we have all broken our dreaded stalls. I too, have had a very emotional week. I lost a dear friend who has been so sick and way too young. She was only 31. She passed away on Easter and her services were on Thursday. But maybe will on the stress and emotions, that is why I lost. I am not sure because I don't feel like I did anything different. But with that said, I lost 4lbs this week. Highest: 347 DOS:323 Last Week: 170 Today: 166 I have lost a total of 157lbs since surgery and 181 lbs over all. And I am 16lbs to my goal weight. Congratulations to everyone, I can't believe that next month is our 1 year anniversary. Look at our far we have all come in such a short time.

Cheri, I am so sorry about your friend. Stress use to make me gain like crazy but it is the exact opposite now. Congrats on losing the 4 lbs. You are looking great Cindy

Hello Well I didin't weigh myself today because yesterday was my daughters birthday and the night before I had a pitty party about my kids growing up and drank a half a bottle of absolute vodka so I am sure I didn't lose!! I feel like I am struggling but I asked my husband to hold my stomach and tell me how much the access skin feels like he said at least 30 pound maybe more. I don't know if he is right but if he is then that would put me 15 pounds from goal! I have to go on the 7th to my 1 year check up I am going to ask about the tummy tuck to get the excess skin off because of the damage it is doing to my back. I now have a portable stem pad machine That I use 2 times a day for an hour each and my back still hurts. The weight in the front is pulling my back out of allignment. I hurt!!!! Well I hope I can have it by the end of summer?

Dee, I know how you feel about your kids growing up. I yearn for the days when my daughter was small, cuddly, and didn't TALK!! I don't know how 14 years have flown by so fast. hey how about we meet at noon at the star bucks I would come earlier but I have to have to visit my grandma or she will flip ( I usually don't visit on my appointments and she is like 20 min from the office on Pulaski.) I am spending the night at my best friends house Sunday and we are going out for her birthday. I plan On leaving her house at about 7:30 or 8 am she lives in villa park. then drive to Grammy and I will leave there about 11:15 so I will be there by noon!
