What's Everyone Eating

I am sure this has been asked a million times, so forgive me, but I am wondering what everyone is eating these days. I don't overeat by any means, but for lunch I now have a Lean Cuisine or a Smart One and can fini**** with no problems. Is that too much to be putting in my pouch all at once. What kinds of portions sizes are everyone eating nowadays??

I still follow my 4 ounces 3 times a day, with a snack in the evening if needed. Jan

This is a pretty typical day for me B- Protein shake S- pudding sf/ff L- 1/2 c. special k protein plus, 1/4 c. yogurt S- string cheese D- Whatever we cook... And I'll usually eat a fudgesicle at night just so i get my chocolate fix in.

There are some odd days when I can finish a small Lean Cuisine or Smart One, but I don't eat those very often because of the sodium. There are some days my pouch feels like it could take all the food in the world and days when just a few bites fills me up, no rhyme or reason why, just a moody pouch I guess. I eat like this most days: B - Fiber cake and 1/2 c. cottage cheese, coffee L - small salad with 2-4 of cheese or meat. sometimes frozen dinner. S - string cheese or jerky or other protein. sometimes another cup of coffee. D - some meat/veggie - usually 2-4 ounces meat and a half cup of veggies. S - soy crisps or a 100 calorie dark chocolate bar from Trader Joe's I get in 60 to 70 grams of protein a day and average about 1100 calories. I don't worry too much about carbs (around 100-130 a day) or fats (around 40 grams a day). I have been at a month-long stall, so I'm trying calorie cycling right now to go up and down in daily calories and motivate my metabolism. I am also cutting back on the coffee and upped water to 100 ounces a day for the last 2 weeks. I pee alot but damn if the weight ain't moving!! Inky

i'm still under 1200 calories a day.. mostly yogurts @ 40 calories.. bannana's, I eat cheese quesadillas' with ham and garlic too. sometimes turkey pepperoni and pesto... lots of sugar free popsickles and sugar free jello as well as protein bars. chili made with turkey burger too.. I dont do red meats well... I still cant handle pasta's and breads but flatbreads and tortilla's are fine.. weird huh?

I pretty much thought I was waaaaay off track with my eating and had a visit with the nutritionist on Monday of this week. I presented her with my food diaries from the past five days etc... She said I was doing absolutely fine and was right on target (very surprised). I am ranging from 1200-1600 calories a day. On a bad day I do approx 1800 calories. I am trying to control myself and stay below 1200 calories a day.

Hi... I usually get around 1000-1100 calories, 90-100 g protein, 100 g or less carbs on good days. BIG days, where I seem stuffed, my calories are closer to 1200 with 110 g protein and up to 150 carbs. BF - homemade latte (decaff coffee w/ blenderized milk and vanilla protein powder) Snack - go lean kashi blueberry waffle or Leacn cushine breakfast pocket w. cheese, egg, bacon Lunch - 4 oz lowfat cottage cheese, 4 oz lowfat yogurt, or chili Snack - 1 oz lowfat cheese or 1/2 proti vanilla wafer or 1 oz almonds Dinner - 2-4 oz lean chicken, bite veggie, bite fruit or homemade cheese, chicken, bean quesadia w./ wheat tortilla (I usually eat 1/2 of what I make and eat the other half for lunch the next day) or homemade wheat cheese pizza (1 slice) or smaller version of whatever we are eating for the night Snack - proti/smart forme hotchocolate (15 g protein) or sugar free chocolate fudgewickle or almonds 1 oz Lately I have found myself eating bite of carbs that I had not before because I am close to my goal weight and am pretty darn tired of all the protein.
