-19 pounds in 12 days!!

Hey everyone! Yes I'm still in the hospital. Getting an endoscopy done in the morning. If all is good on that, I get to go home Friday evening!! When I got weighed when I first came in here I weighed 282. I weighed myself tonight and I was 263!!! That makes my total lost since surgery -181!! I have lost 181 pounds since surgery........I can't even believe the words when I say them (well type them!!) And all of this in 10 1/2 months!! It's unreal. Well, I just wanted to share my news. I'm SO excited about being able to go home. I miss my family so bad!!! I hope everyone is doing great on their weight loss journey!! Allie

Wow, 19-lbs in 2 days! That's amazing. And a total of 181-lbs. gone forever...that's awesome! Although you've had a rough road... it's got to feel good to have those nasty pounds gone for good. Congradulations allie u r doing so amazing.. 181 lbs is a person u have lost.. heck that is my hubby's current weight .. do u feel u have lost 181 lbs? I got on scale this am and I am 203 and I cannot believe I am that weight .. I still feel I am 295 .. then I grab a pair of jeans and say to my self where is the rest of the jean material how our minds are last to adjust to the new us.. Lisa

Congrats on the weight loss but a bigger congrats on getting to go home. I can not even fathom having to go thru all the things you've had. Prayers and well wishes being sent your way!

Wow Allie, imagine trying to lift and carry 181 lbs all day, every day! It's amazing how we even got through life at our heaviest, isn't it? Congratulations on doing so well-and you must be so excited to go home! I hope your endoscopy goes well-what did they decide was the source of your pain?
