SUNDAY WEIGH IN
A very stressfull week for me with the decision to leave my job of 13 years to move to another agency. I'm very sad to be leaving but very excited to start fresh and do something that I absolutely love. I will be training staff to work with adults with developemental disabilities; that is what I have been doing for the past 13 years. Very challenging and oh so rewarding.
I finally think I broke a 2 1/2 week stall. Down 1.4 pounds this morning to 127.6!! I was getting worried and felt as you all do. I hope I can keep going...just 2.6 pounds to go till my final personal goal of 125.

I am so with u on this Shar .. I went from 205 then up 210 and now back down to 208 this am .. I am sooooooooooooo discouraged and I have no clue why I am gaining like this and too top this I been vomiting all week long.. and having BM'S . Makes no sense I have no idea where I can possibly gain weight . I think sometimes my scale is playing tricks with my head .. Ithink our bodies r just adjusting and hitting against hard stubborn fat .. my belly fat only place left it can come off at
we will get threw this everyone .. we all are no way eating like we use to .. we r all healthy and we will lose again,this is just a temp setback

Shar seems that when I am on my period all smooth muscle swells in your body due to water retention and well my stomach is smooth muscle as well and it swells when I have my period it swells and now I have a real tight restriction seems to be a common problem with lap banders and period and swelling stomach is common..so vomiting sometimes happens and it did with me and well I did drop the weight I went from 211 on sat to 205 this am so I figure jus****er weight and now it is coming off .. and my period is not over .. so we may have a loss this week but I will keep this to a small wisper Do not want to jinx my self LOL..
I did try this new vitamin supplament and I think it is helping me. Hang in there Shar we will get threw this
