Onderland & double century club

Hello Everyone, Today is a WONDERFUL DAY!!! When I jumped on the scale this morning it started with the number 1, Yep 197 lbs. When I started this journey last year my weight before the pre-op liquid diet was 397. 200 lbs gone forever!!!! Even with all the complications I had for the first 6 months I would do this all over again. It is a great feeling to get so much back in life. My health being the most important, strength to exercise, cross my legs again, and LOVE!! Take Care and thanks everyone for always being here. Danielle

You continue to amaze me! I cant believe how incredible you have done. I cant wait to see that 1 in front of my number...latelt its all I think about. At the rate I am going I probably won't see it untill fall. I still weigh 236... and am averaging a pound a week loss.
