WTF?????????????????????
That happens to me a lot. Check the batteries in your scale.. and or throw it out a window and run over it with your car. Fell better? LOL
seriously.. I wouldn't pani****il your 213 consistantly for the rest of the week.
but I totally know what your feeling...
I have two scales.. a mean one and a very very very nice one. The one that's mean tells me I weigh around 4 lbs heavier then my doctors scale.. and the very very very nice one makes me at least 6 lbs lighter!

Ok, take off that megawatt tiara you're wearing before you weigh again, Shar the Star
Seriously, take a few days off from the scale, it's water weight and you know it, but it still sucks just the same. I hate the scale, but I am a slave to a weigh-in every morning. Yesterday I had a thought that my jewelry (i wear ALOT of sterling bracelets) probably weight half a pound - and sure enough I weighed them on my food scale and 7.8 ounces of sterling, lol. Note to self: take off bracelets before next surgeon's weigh-in!!
Hang in there Shar

Oh, I know the feeling. I hate the scale for just that reason, but I can't stay away from it-it is a fatal attraction. I fluctuate a lot due to water weight and it drives me nuts. Obviously, you can't gain 6 lbs of fat unless you eat an excess of 21,000 calories beyond what you burn normallly, at 3,500 calories per pound, so of course it's jus****er weight. Still though, it sucks to see those numbers go up, no matter what the reason.
