no loss will actually a weighed my self mid week and gained 2 pounds but today I was back at 245 still want to lose at least 50 pounds I worked out 6 days for an hour and I fell awesome! I do see more curves all ready and my 20s and feeling loser just a bit in the legs of course I could be streaching them out?? NAW I think the inches are comming off! I will keep busting my butt on the total trainer. I just love it!!!!! so fun! I need a loss next week or might go mad mad i tell you lol

I don' t usually do the the Sunday weigh in but I would like to start. So here goes!

DOS: 332
Today: 236.8
It seems that i am destined to loose a pound a week. I wish I could figure out what to do to make it a little more. I am exercising 4-5 times a week and eating 1000-1200 calories which is right where my nutritionist said I should be. Oh well...I guess If I keep loosing a pound a week I will be in onederland by late fall...I just really wanted to get there by late summer!
