SUNDAY WEIGH IN
It is a nice sunny day here on the west coast and a perfect day to get outside. Temperatures should hit the 50's so I am going to start training for my 10 k race in April. Start out slowly at first and hopefully be able to run the whole thing by the end of April.
Down another 2 pounds this week, maybe exercise will slow my weight loss and turn some of the flabbiness into muscle, which weighs more than fat.

Good Morning All. I didn't lose any weight this week. Things have really slowed down the closer I get to goal. I am sure it's that way for everyone else.

Tomorrow is my 10 month surgiversary. I have lost 114 pounds and am 13 away from goal. Those last 13 pounds are so hard to get off. Jan
Hello fellow A team members ..Sounds like u guys are losing all the time congradulations still stuck on 205 206 grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr depends if I peed LOL I just lose weight all at once then sit and wait weeks .. to go by and no loss but I figure one more week closer to another loss.. the inches ARE comming off I am down TO 37 BUST 39 WAIST AND 49 HIPS Ok so I look like a pear.. I am trying not to get discouraged with no weight loss in awhile but u know I am down 90lbs not bad at all ..
The days of 28 /30 jeans are gone .. I go to closet and try on my size 30 jeans and they just fall off so there is my measure of sucess not that scale this week ... I am healthy and diabetes is gone..

Great to see how everyone is doing...
My weight is unchanged today - 127-128 all week. But, I again have had the munchies and had a few bad days where i ate the wrong things. Seems to be really hard to be good this week. I don't know why I am getting into bad habits again...it is frustrating...I would like to lose a few more # and tone up, but I am not acting like it in my actions. Ugh, I will work on it starting now...

Last week and this week (and I think the week before 128.) No loss but NO GAIN.
Well I am happy to say I had a loss this week which is always a good thing. I seem to be on my normal two months nothing one month loose like crazy then repeat over and over. I am used to it now but at first it drove me crazy.
