Fat head?

Okay.. I know this is going to sound very odd. But can a person's head get smaller after weight loss? Seriously.. I have this cute fur hat that is lined with satin that my hubby gave me 3 winters ago. Everytime I wore it it was snug and left a huge red mark on my forehead. The other day I pulled it out and stuck it on my head.. and it was too big. I did have longer hair before, but it's never been thick. I actually think.. that even though my hair is shorter.. it's much thicker then it used to be. I have a good 1 1/2 inches of extra room in this hat now. Can a hair cut really cause that? Or did I loose fat off my head? LOL Too bad I didn't measure. I have seen overweight bald men with rolls on the back of their heads... did I have that too .... under all my hair? EWWW! Anyways.. another wow moment for me.. all-be-it weird as heck! -Shakeira

I never thought about that.but I guess it is possible. We certainly lose in our faces, so maybe also around the head.

Shakeira, Last week I put on a baseball cap that I hadn't worn since the month before my surgery. It was too big and I had to adjust it!! So yes, I think our heads can get smaller. Anna

Yes we can be fat on our heads. It is gross but yes skin on our heads is just like skin anywhere else on our bodies.. But wooohoooo your head is loosing too....lol...
