i have been hereing alot about the 5 day pouch test can someone please explain it to me.. i feel like i am eating to much at 10 months out i started to trac my intake on fitday so at the end of the week i will check it out.. maybe can someof you tell me what and how much you eat in a days time maybe that will help i have lost just over 150 pounds since april ifeel great and dont want to fall into bad habits again... thank you for listening amy

Hi Amy, Congratulations on you 150+!!!! Are you still lossing? IMO keep tracking and see where you are. If you are eating too much go back to measuring and following the guidelines. I've read a lot about the 5 day pouch test and think it's a last resort type of thing but that is just MHO. I just started tracking on dailyplate.com (much nicer than fitday but again MO) because I've been bouncing between 134 & 128 for almost 2 weeks and I would like to get to 125 and stay below 130. I use daily plate too.. and really enjoy it. Seems easier to me as well. -Shakeira

I use sparkpeople.com to keep track of my exercise, the foods I eat and so much more. I love sparkpeople.com. Keeping track is the key to continued weight loss. Congrats on losing 150-lbs. That's amazing! I think as long as you continue to eat healthy foods and keep your portions small you will continue to lose. It may go slower now that you don't have as much to lose but as I always say... "slow and steady wins the race!"
