SUNDAY WEIGH IN
Haven't been here in awhile, but haven't had much to report either. Looks like everyone is doing great, hard to believe our 1 year surgiversary is just around the corner.
Here are my stats
Highest weight 270+++
Surgery weight 256
Goal weight 140
Current weight 134
6 pounds below goal, but that is ok, a little bit of breathing room. I am 5'5" and my BMI is now 22.3. In a size 4 pant and med top. Lots of saggy skin and in need of a breast lift, thank god for good bras and tummy control panty hose
Hope everyone has a good week
Jody

Hey Shar so good to see u back !!!
2 weeks ago was a bad week as far as weight loss goes(more like weight gain) but I am happy to report a huge loss this week
Last week 211
This week 205
6 lbs weight loss don't figure as I had to take a week off from exercise due to medical problems. I have developed Kidney stones and also have a abdominal hernia and will need surgery to repair that.
95 lbs gone for ever !!!!!!!!!!
I cannot believe wonderland is near !!!
Will be starting up exercise tommrrow but will have to wear a tummy belt to hold in my gut .. tell I have surgery I see the Surgeon Feb 14 and talk about when I should have it fixed (huge hernia) and I will need a tummy tuck as well but primary care doc suggested I lose more weight before they fix the hernia and DO the tummy tuck at the same time
Hugs to all my fellow A team
Lisa
HI all!
BURRRR, its cold here! Trying to keep warm...congrats everyone on terrific progress.
I am very happy to report a 1# weight loss this week...down to 127.8 from 128.8 last week, so I am just below goal...
I figured I gained at least 1-3 # from the munchies that have attacked and I can't seem to stop them when I get near crackers or chips of any kind...UGH! BAD habit from the last 30 years of my life rearing its ugly head! I think that some of the exercise has helped prevent that but even that is hard these last few weeks...
Time to stop that and get back on track...
Sorry it's so cold where you are - we're in the midst of early summer - it's been in the low 70's for a couple days and should be warm all week, kind of odd for February, even for the coast!
As for me:
DOS 322
Last week 206.5
This week 205.5 (-1 - total loss 116.5, and 65.5 to go)
I'll take any pound that is lower
Inky

Staying the same - no weight loss again, but I'm not worried. I've started a marathon training program; maybe with the walking/running I'll lose some. However, I bow to the awesomeness of the losses most of you report. WOW. Makes you wonder what happens to all that fat? I once heard a comedian imagine it hanging in a big, gooey cloud over the earth. Ewwwwww...maybe that's the reason for global warming? (No. Global warming is all those millions of baby boomer women going through the Pause at the same time - all those hot flashes are adding up...)
Stats:
Pre-op: 240 (or 250 or 280, depending on the year)
DOS: 232
Current: 146
94 pounds if you count from the 240.
Awesome. This surgery rocks.
Marcia
Hi everyone! Congratulations to Gineta on reaching onederland, Lisa M for her awesome loss this week, and Marcia for getting fit! I'm sorry to say I'm still stalled, bouncing between 183 and 187, even though I've been sick with a horrible cold for 4 days and am eating very little. I'm very happy in my size 10s though, so from here on out it's all good. This weekend I bought some resistance bands and am going to start exercising no matter what. Hopefully that'll help things move along!
