I am still hanging in there.....Not much change here. Glad you two are doing great!
I have bounced from 189 to 184 for the last month! Bummer! I have lost Major inches in the last month so I know my body is just catching up. I have lost a total of 52 1/2 inches. (Hard to believe) Shar, I am going to look for me some pants, like you are in and see if I can stand in one leg! You are lookin' great!
Anyway, I am down 2 lbs this week form last week. I just took my 2nd shot of B-12. It is so much easier than remembering to take the tablet.

Well, I am still on stall. Losing one week and nothing the next. Last week I didn't lose anything but today when I weighed in I lost one pound. Not great, but it is a loss. I will take it. Things have definetly slowed down and I know I really need to increase my exercise.

Today: 175
That is a loss of 148 since surgery and 172 overall. Life is good!!
Good morning to my weight loss family
Well, I think I have hit a resting point in my weight loss.
I never thought I would be saying that I am glad to be stalled.........lol

2 weeks ago: 138.5
Today: 138.5
I did get into a size 6 jeans and some small tops, but mostly mediums
I have started tanning so I can look good when it is time to look for a swimsuit. God forbid, I am scared because my clothes cover all the saggy stuff, but my pool is in my backyard with a privacy fence around it so the only ones to see me in it will be my family.
When the weather warms up, I am actually going to start running! I have never been a runner in my life, but that is one of my goals is to be able to run at least a mile.
