stinging pain in stomach

Have any of you experienced a "stinging" type of sharp pain in your new stomach? I am worried and I am not sure what to do - I wonder if I am over-reacting etc... I am nervous and wonder what I should do... Should I wait it out?

Well when does the pain seem to be there? Have you changed anything? If I was you I would call your surgeon and just let them know the troubles and see what they say

I had that. It also would cramp up and casue me a great deal of pain. I have an ulcer which is quickly getting better. The program nurse advises us STRONGLY- Do NOT Wait. Call the Dr and have them make the decision. Delay can many times make things worse. Hope this helps-I fnd that having the Dr make the diagnosis is the best course. Hope you feel better.
