Good morning brothers and sisters. I am so cold and the thought of going outside now to go to work is very annoying!! I think I am in "Eskimo phase." If there is such a thing. Could my body be holding on to its blubber to keep me warm?? Well, it's not helping.I'm still freezing. Here are the facts, but once again, a loss is a loss.

Good Morning! It is cold here also. I hate the cold weather, especially now that I can't seem to get warm! I have moved my recliner by the fireplace and still cover up with a blanket.
I am still just teetering along. Nothing this week. It has been no change for me in 3 weeks. Kinda depressing but I just take my frustrations out on the treadmill!
Here goes:

Last week (and the 2 weeks b/4 that) 185 (Loss of 104lbs.)
This week 185 No loss but No gain also!

It is cold here too, at least we are above 0 today.
I lost 3 pounds this week and honestly do not know how?? I am hoping the weight loss will stop here soon. God, I never thought those words would come from my mouth
I guess it will stop where ever God thinks I need to stop.

Today: 138.5
3 lb loss for the week, total loss:137.5
I am .5 lb away from losing 1/2 of my old self.

Hi all! I've FINALLY made my GOAL!!!! YEAHHHH!
Today 129.8# (down 1# over 2 weeks! and 0.2# below GOAL!!!!) 113# GONE FOREVER!!!!
I almost didn't weigh in today...I had GAINED weight (up to 132ish) all week despite increasing my exercise and watching my food very closely for the last few weeks...I thought for sure I was going to have to post that I gained...oh, how fickle the scale is....and how bad I would have felt if the scale was just 1# in the other direction...
YEAH! Now, I have to go work out to really feel better...I didn't work out the last few days...just too tired and too cold and too...I don't know exactly what, but just didn't have it in me to work out. I guess the weight gain/lost is probably muscle! Time to put the scale away for a while maybe?
