Ok, since my extreme weight loss I have also lost something else...the girls! You know, the girls have gone south... or better yet they just deflated, disappeared, GONE! Yep, I'm talking major pancakes here. My dilemma is where do I find a good bra that will hoist the sisters back up where they should be and point them in the right direction? Does anybody have any good recommendations for a good bra that can put the inflation back in my deflation? I'm probably gonna need a padded push-up bra or something along those lines... that gives the illusion that there's something there! Help!

Hi Lisa, First off, if you haven't been fitted for a bra professionally, get thyself to a good lingerie store or department and have them fit you. I went to my local Hanes outlet store and they were VERY helpful. I plan to hit up my local Victoria's Secret when I'm down to the next bra size. I was reading this article today and it may be helpful: http://stylebakery.com/stylerecipes/fall07/braguide.html also, I got some "chicken cutlets" to put in my bra to help fill out my now-deflated cleavage. They are clear silicone and feel totally normal in my bra. The ones I got are by "Braza" but lots of companies make them. http://www.brazabra.com/ENHANCEMENT/BEP.html Hope this helps! Inky

Inky is right. I go to JC Penneys to get fitted. I have been going down sizes but they will also help you get the right shape and style of bra also. This is VITAL!!! Mine have fallen so far that my chest is downright boney. There is no thing left to round out the top. However, with the right bra, they get pulled backup and I look halfway normal-whatever that is. I feel like there is not much left but continue to have a "D" cup. Mainly because as the size goes down-so does the cup. I feel like I am more of a 38 long than anything else.LOL

Oh, girl! you are soooooo preachin' to the choir. At 303 pounds I was in a 44 F bra. I am now in a 38C and finding the right bra that will hold them up, and is wide enough on the sides to cover "under arm wings" was so difficult, but I guarantee the Lane Bryant Microfiber Balconette Bra is the bomb!! You can find them in the store down to a 38D then I got the 38C on ebay at store called DRU's. I can still wear my 38D with "help" I bought my silicone feeling pads at Joann fabric and craft store for 12.99. They are great!! Good luck on your search and let me know how it goes!

I know I am about to tie them together in a bow. But I am running into a problem with that... where do you put the knots....in front or underneath....LOL.....I too am having this trouble.. but I had extra fat under my arms next to my girls so I have to figure out where they are really...But anyways....I got a couple of the water filled pads. There are so many out there

Oh yes, I know how you feel! I still have a lot of boobage (still in DDs, but the band size is down to a 36-38), but dang they are sagging! They are damn near my waist-it's not a pretty sight! I second everyone else about getting fitted for a good bra. I've been going to Nordstrom periodically and getting fitted. It's expensive as hell to keep buying these good bras, but it's essential. A tummy tuck/breast lift is on my plastic surgery horizon once I reach goal and I can't wait!

HI, I am in the same boat....deflated, flat, sagging (well, worse than sagging...) I am wearing an "24hr" underwire type bra...same size as what I wore almost 15 years ago, but now, I have to wear it all day...chaffing has started. But, then again, all of my skin is starting to really sag, neck, arms, belly, butt, thighs...so the girls are in good company! I have started lifting weights more but I don't think it is going to make a difference. My face looks like I have aged 10 years, even though folks are telling me I look great and making comments about "how lucky" I am to not have any sagging skin...ah, they just don't see it!!!!. (I love how clothes cover up the skin, but come summer, it won't be as easy to hide.)
