5DPT: I can't hang
Sorry guys. I can't do it. I ran a practice 8K last night (just under 5 miles) and I just cannot keep up training on a liquid diet (and I feel like working out is more important than testing my pouch). I am just going to have to trust that my pouch works and just work on myself and making better choices. I can't be getting dizzy when I stand up..... don't know if anyone else experienced this, but I did, several times.

Hi Jessica, I was freaking out, thinking my pouch wasn't working, but I found that if I really honestly stick to meat/poultry/fish/veggies/fruit/occasional whole grains, my pouch is just as small as ever. I was eating lots of soup every day and was shocked by how much pasta I could put away, but once I switched over to the other stuff, I had major restriction. Trying this would probably be more sensible for you than that crazy liquid diet, since you work out so much!
