Good morning, I have NO weight loss to report this week. Sigh. The good news is, I went shopping and I am now in a SIZE 10 pant and L shirt, no Xs in sight! So, phooey on you, stupid scale!

sorry late to post been way to busy. I am starting a home base buissness my husband started a new job today and I have 2 internet classes and 2 reg classes and don't forget my monsters and I babysitt 2 days a week. No loss again seems to be my motto. Hey everyone I am now doing brown bag partys. Anyone in the chicago or st louis area and in between want to host a party you get 20% of your total sales in free products. The partys are a fun way to get some friends together and have a blast! I keep forgetting to log in and report: No change here - not expecting to lose anymore, but wouldn't mind if I did. Highest : 340# (July 2006) Surgery: 320# (April 2007) Goal: 195# - been there, done that..... Today: 190# - not sure where I was at last report, but haven't lost in about a month. Total loss: 150# gone for good! 36" waist, Large shirts - always chilly now, not sweating ever!! No Meds!! Low BP!!!!
