Hi All! I had a great week...ate and drank what I was supposed to and exercised 4 times this week - hard workouts, but no weight loss! (I am normally getting in 3 times a week exercise and sometimes only 2x/week normally.) I am soooo close to my original goal, that I am not moving my goal any lower till I go below it. Even though I had started talking about lowering it to 120 (doc said I can goto 118.) I just don't want to be gaining anything back, I hear so many do gain some and well, that just is plain scary. Oh well, I will enjoy this week and say...no weight GAIN! YEAH! PREop 243+ DOS 220 Last week and Today 130.8 0.8# from original Goal of 130!!!

You all are doing so well (((((((hugs)))))))))) I had a rough day today. An old dear friend of mine passed away yesterday. Im headed to New York to her funeral Tuesday morning but i wanted to log on long enough tonite to let you all know i finally weighed after my 5 day pouch test plan. I did NOT have a loss....but my tummy is definitely smaller because i cant hold as much as i was and i have not been craving carbs like i was before the pouch test. I do believe that my mission was accomplished, i was hoping for the bonus though but it didnt happen. It may have been the 4 beers i drank last night. Not handling the death of my friend well......needless to say my big quit smoking goal was messed up too. I'll get back on track when i return from new york. Right now my mind just isnt in the right frame to concentrate on that. DOS: 214 GOAL: 120 CURRENT: 129 no loss. Ill weigh again in the morning though....i didnt weigh until tonite just before logging on to OH just now. I usually weigh in the morning.

update: i weighed this morning and im at 127 ...so thats a difference of 2lbs from end of day weigh and morning weigh! Im going to take it since i normally weigh in the am! I just hope i dont gain on my trip to NY. Its going to be hard to avoid all the delicious foods i grew up on while in NYC. soooooooooo......... DOS: 214 GOAL: 120 CURRENT: 127

hi everyone well been a few weeks but happy to report I lost 3 pounds this week .. finally scale is moving again Today 208..I can feel the 200 mark around the corner LOL Lisa

Ok week here as well. Been up and down 2 pounds all week. Lowest was 138 and highest 140, so still at or below goal. Will try to get some exercising in as well, haven't been doing too much of that in the past couple of months. Hope all have a great week. Jody

ok Here goes....Due to a major money issue I am not able to buy the foods I need to lose. So I am still at a stand still. I know it is due to not eatting enough,,,but soon this problem will be over. Sooooo Highest 303 DOS 290 Today and the last couple weeks.. 195 I am so proud of everyone....You all are doing great,,,And a warm welcome to the newest members...I hope that you find everyone to be helpful I know I have.

Hi Shar, We're in the deep freeze here in Holland also. C'mon Spring. I'm sitting on 255 lbs. this morning. Lowest I've been since October. A mere 12 lbs. to my goal. I remember the days when I could drop that in 2 weeks, now I've been battling it for months. Here's my numbers. Highest 387 lbs. DOS 358 lbs. 1/13/2008 256 lbs. Today 255 lbs. Good luck, Losers. DD
