Day 3 Pouch Test
Well i didnt sleep much last night because i had to wake up several times to pee in the middle of the night! Im glad the all liquids only part of this diet is over with!
It was soooooooooo nice to bite into a hard boiled egg this morning! ...and i dont even like hard boiled eggs!! lol
I wish you all great success ! We're half way through!
so far:
Breakfast: coffee
Snack: hard boiled egg and more coffee (i am so tired today!)
i think we can eat when we're hungry, but only for 15 minutes at a time and we cant drink 30 min before or after we eat.
Im confused about what we're allowed to eat. Are we still allowed what we had yesterday, in addition to the newly added foods? Or just day 3 foods? I think im going to just eat day 3 foods to be safe!
There are a group of 12 ladies on the main board doing this diet who started on Monday too and some of them are emailing everyone to share their progress for support like we're doing.....but i noticed some of them are still drinking protein shakes this morning....some also have had jello and even yogurt. So naturally that leaves me very confused. I tried to research the site where we got the plan from but im not getting any luck. The way im reading it is to forget what we've had the past 2 days and only eat what is on the day 3 plan.
Am i wrong? Does anyone know?? I dont want to do this wrong!
