Sounds like thngs are going better this week. I know my eating has been up this week. I was surprised to be down anything-even if it was 1 lb. I am starting to realize that I have to vary my calories to keep my weight loss going down. So, if I have a few days of higher calories then a couple days of really disciplined eating-I lose. Maybe not a lot but some. I did the higher calories this week and not the disciplined (lol) so that's why I am surprised. SW 182 CW 174 Total loss: 108 lbs. I hope those doing the pouch test do great. I know mine is working because it still restricts me when I try to overeat.

sharra, I know when I increase my calories I do better. I probably average 650-700 calories a day. I try to increase it to 1000 which is healthier. It;s not always easy to do it, and sometimes I do it with "not so good for me" food. Have a good week

FROM to 216 and NOW AGAIN 211 .. yeah!!!!!!!! SO BACK ON TRACK .. Exercise portion stepped up to a step aerobic class and it almost killed me LOL been battling low blood sugar hit 49 and about passed out Doc said I need more protien .. in my diet I think the amount exercise I do is playing havoc on blood levels Just think a year ago I was in 300 to 500 range now I am below 100 every day wish my weight went down as fast as my blood levels did LOL All have awesome week and think thin Lisa

Hello! This week I was very diligent about tracking my intake and planning my meals. I can't tell you how GOOD it feels to be back on track. I didn't lose lbs this week, but definitely lost inches, because as I type this I'm wearing my Old Navy ultra low rise skinny jeans in size 12 and they are comfortable! Last week they were way too tight. And, I've noticed that some of my other size 12 pants are starting to get really loose-could this mean that I should try on some size 10s? I didn't even wear a size 10 in high school!

Still sitting at 146, but I'm doing what I can to get back on track after Christmas. Here are the stats: Pre-op: 240 DOS: 232 Current: 146 Goal: 140 (so I can get one of those new Century cards that Crystal is designing) (It IS ok to count from the pre-op weight isn't it? I'm thinking 132 might be a little too thin for me...) But I'm happy where I am if it doesn't happen. And I'm happy to see everybody else is doing well, too. Marcia
