5 day pouch test: anyone interested?
I realize many of us have been struggling to lose weight in this 8-9th month out and we all seem down on ourselves about it, including myself. I cant seem to break this stall ! I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and ive increased my water intake...i need to be better about my protein though and i will work on that! (i ran out of my muscle milk and i need to go buy more!)
I keep reading about this 5 day pouch test. Have any of you tried it??
I think im going to check it out and see what my results are from it. Anyone interested in doing this with me?? I think ill start it on Monday. I'd love to have the support if you want to do it together it will keep me encouraged and motivated!
If nobody is interested thats fine too.....im determined to try it and ill keep everyone up to date on how its going each day for future reference, should you decide at a later time to try it.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Its pretty nice outside today in Abilene Texas so im going to jump on my daughters trampoline a bit for some exercise and maybe walk the neighborhood today instead of the gym.

hey dee! im so glad you're doing this with me! Yipee! ....and guess what?? You CAN drink your protein drinks!! Read the 5 day plan again sillygirl.
days 1 & 2: Liquid Protein
you can have low car protein drinks, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar free gelatin and pudding
You can have as many low carb protein drinks as you want!!
ohhhhh wait....are you referring to days 3, 4, and 5 ?
I guess i need to reread it all myself! lol
I didnt get that far because i just assumed you add those other proteins to your diet on day 3, 4, and 5 .....i didnt realize we change the protein altogether. sheesh. Ok, well......i hope its worth it! lol

I have hit this stall and i still wanted to lose about 10 more lbs ...im hoping this diet will get my scale moving a lil bit again.
was the diet hard? was it worth it? Please give me your thoughts on it. Im so sorry i missed your progress last month on your bulletins.
