Sunday Weigh-in
*warning* whining post...Oh, this is so depressing. All of you are doing so well, and I have yet another week with no weight loss at all. I'm freaking out that I've lost my window of opportunity and am done losing. I still have 49 lbs to goal and I'm worried that this is it for me. Sigh. For my height and weight I should be able to lose weight on anything less than 1600 calories a day, so I have no idea what's going on.
OK well you are not the only one and you know what.....most of the A-team if you look back they are not posting......well I have been stuck and I have 55 more to go but you know what I think it might have something to do with all the skin....I can grab and pull every where and it pulls out like 5 inches....so Hang in there but someone else told me it would be like this...in time you will lose again....Just keep it up...

Hi A Team! I had another good week. I need to also get on the exercise bandwagon-with the weather so bad I have been slacking. I like to get outside and see the sites-I just cannot get into working at a gym or on a treadmill.
I have been working with an ulcer lately, trying to get that calmed down. Had a BAD flare up this weekend. Yuck!
Weight loss for week was 1 pound exactly. Didn't think it was going to happen. Weight loss comes in fits and spurts these days. I encourage all A-teamers to still join in-even if things are not going well-accountibility is one of our success habits and just having a check in helps keep me grounded.

HI all! I have been really busy but found the time to work out 3 times this week (that is my current goal, although with all the loose skin and flab, it should be more.) I do find myself snacking on wheat thins and that is not good. Munchies have returned! AHHHH! I can't seem to stop myself from getting a handful every time I go near the kitchen pantry! BBAAADDD habit. That is what got me into trouble in the first place.

Today 132.2 (lost ~1# for the week, which is awesome...since I had not lost last week.) My doc thought I would be at goal by Jan 1. Close, but not quite.
2.2 # till GOAL! But, I may need to lower this as I am short and still pretty flabby and have some excess baggage around. I am fitting in a size 8 jeans but they are TIGHT in the belly area. (These are jeans from COLLEGE! OVER 20 YEARS ago! Yes, I kept a pair of my SKINNY jeans to show my kids that I was once thinner. I just can't believe I now fit in them!)
Sign me "struggling not to return to old bad habits" and trying to start healthier habits for the new year!
