Sunday Weigh-in
Been fluctuating between 189 and 192#, but more toward the 189# lately. I'm not sure I should lose anymore, but wouldn't mind being in the 180's as a maintenance level.
Still need to broaden my horizons a bit as relates to diet, but still can't feel ok with eating anything not protein oriented - LOL.
Hang in there folks - we're closing in on 1 year post op in 3 months!
I wish I could post on this board more often! I really have been desperate for support. I'm finding that it's harder now then it was at 4 weeks when I was eating mush and feeling sick all the time. Now that I'm feeling great.. I see old habits springing up.
I made it late to my doctor's 6 month check-up. (2 months late) He said my labs where good though, and my loss was at 60% and my weight was 222 lbs.
His scale and mine are idenical in what they weigh me. (go figure!) 5 days later I am at 220. That is a loss of 2 lbs this week. TOTM is about to come soon.. so I'm not holding on too tightly to this loss. We will see. Things have really slown down and my surgeon only gave me hope that I would be around 200lbs at a year. I was really hoping to be thinner then that. What do you all think? In the last 2 months I have only lost around 2 lbs a week.

Today- 220
Down 115 from highest weight and 92 since surgery. Almost the century mark!
I want to weight 169 to have a normal BMI 51 more lbs. it will probably take me another year.. but I will try my best to do it!

Well I have been at goal or within 2-3 pound of goal since before Christmas, so the hard work begins now. Total loss 130 pounds, total inches lost 90....size 4 pant med top and lost a size in my shoe, went from a 10 to a 9. Life is good, but have to up the exercise, seem to have lost the motivation to do any for the past couple of months. That is my next goal, to get back to regular exercise.

Ok well, I told you all recently about having to buy all new size 4 clothes, which RoCks! but my weight sure isnt changing. I had no loss again this week but i begin working out and joined the gym so hopefully that will help push the last 10lbs off so that i can reach goal. If not, i will at least tone some of this flab up! Ugh! I dont know how im going to hide my freakin bat wings this summer when im forced to wear short sleeves!
And y'all....my boobs are starting to deflate! They are the same size and i havent needed to change my bra size but damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn if im not able to firm these girls up , then i dont want em!! lol I was always so proud of those girls....sniff...sniff.
