Good Morning Everyone,
I figured I'd start todays weigh-in. Hope Shar is doing okay, has anyone heard from her lately?
This has been a stressful week, my nephew (who is like my son) leaves Tues for his pre-deployment training in Texas. I hope to be able to fly down in March to see him again before he leaves for Iraq.

Today - 225 -4lbs
Down 172 lbs (45 lbs till my first goal)

Good morning Dani and A-team,
Wow, you beat me to it. I slept in a little today. I had astressfull week. After being hospitalized on New Year's I went back to work on Thursday and they had to call 911. I felt like I was passing out and I oculdn't even walk, My blood pressure was all over the place but all bloodwork was good. My doc thinks it may be my body's reaction to all the pain meds and trauma of severe pain. Who lnows.....hopefully this week will be better. Dani, I can't believe how well you are doing. I am so proud of you and all our brothers and sisters. Here are my stats:

Goal: 140, or to get off the BP medicine, whichever comes first

Good Morning Everyone,
Well, I seem to be stuck in a pattern. I lose a few pounds one week and nothing the next. This is that week. But thats ok. I knew things would slow down at some point and as long as I am still losing that is ok with me.
Highest: 347
DOS: 323
Last Week: 185
Today: 185
That is an overall lose of 162lbs. and I am 35lbs to my first goal weight.
I started working out again last week and it's made me feel better, but hasn't helped as a catalyst to weight loss at all (yet). I'm sure it will help, but for this week, I've had no loss.
Here are the stats:

DOS: 264
LW: 187
Today: 187
91 lbs total, 77 since surgery.
Lbs from Century Club: 9
Lbs from Goal: 33
I'm still getting on the elliptical machine today, because I know it's going to help. It will be a good week if I can work out 5 days and eat right. That's my goal.

Hi Susan, thank you for the complainment. Actually, and I hate to admit this, but I have not gotten in to a good exercise routine yet. I do ride a recumbent bike from time to time but not very consistantly. But I am going to change that this year. As far as eating, I usually have cottage cheese for breakfast, either tuna or chicken with brussel sprouts for lunch and then either chicken or a salad with chicken for dinner.
