Sunday Weigh In
Good morning A-team.........and a special welcome to our newest team members for our weekly weigh in. My week was good, filled withh the same temptations that all of you have probably gone through........a cookie here, a candy there. But, when all the calories were added up, i was still within range. Life gets tougher for us, but hopefully with the holidays winding down, it will be a bit easier. I wish everyone a Happy, Healthy, thinner new year. Ok, on to my stats:

Good morning, this week was a tough one, I didn't exercise as much as I would have liked and I fell to the temptations also, I'm glad the holiday season is coming to a close, those desserts everywhere can finally stop calling my name. On to a new year and a new and improved me

I did join a gym though (finally) and i do plan on dedicating some of my time to working out. It will be tough because i keep a very busy schedule, but i can no longer use that as an excuse not to work out. i have to make time!! I really really really want to do this and although i can go to the military base gym for free, i never did. Soooooo i joined a gym and since i have to actually pay $65 a month im thinking it will force me to go so that im not just throwing money away. I hope this idea of mine works because im stuck paying the membership either way now! lol
Anyway, i didnt have a loss this week but im not surprised. Im grazing too much now, i need to stop and get back on track! Here we go:

I too have been tempted this week and have indulged in a sweet or two. I am still losing though so I am thankful for that.

I would like to maintain between 140-150
I tried on a dress yesterday that was a size 8 and it scared me because I actually saw myself as being thin in it.

Good Morning everyone,
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I too was tempted with all the wonderful food that the Christmas season brings but I was able to resist for the most part. No sweets. I made a sugar free strawberry cheesecake that was a big hit and nobody new the difference. It was delicious. But it is hard to stay on track with company here and all the activities going on. Will be glad to get back on track.

That is a total of 138lbs since surgery and 162lbs lost overall. I actually weigh less than what my drivers license says. LOL. It used to be that I weighed way more than what it says.
Hi A-teamers. I've been grazing a bit myself, and haven't worked out since the last week of august. I know. Trust me, it is totally noticeable how much the loss slows down when your not working out and watching what you eat. I only lost two pounds since december 2nd. I've had a decent week though, and am back at the workouts.

BAD BAD WEEK FOR ME ... I ate junk food like crazy yesterday .. I have kids hubby home all week and it is getting to me .. I been exercising like crazy my way to escape the kids and hubby .. but I ate stuff chips cookies candies and on man I feel sick AND FEEL SO GUILTY this am..
NO LOSS NO GAIN THIS WEEK!!!!
Still 211 ... WELL LETS HOPE I can be still 211 after yesterday down fall....

I am failing this !! Last couple weeks have been awful on me and I have been grazing!! It is so easy to fall back into old habits as much as I don't want to. I had no loss and a stressfull week to say the least!! Thank god the holidays are over! I can now get back on track!! My goal for this week to join the gym by my house and write down everything that goes in my mouth good or bad!! I want to be under 250 by next weigh in!! I am accountable for my actions and my destiny!! see ya next week with better results!!
