Merry Christmas and continued welght loss New year EVERYONE

Soon my family of 40 will be arriving to celebtate the holiday with the traditional tamles for Chritmas eve and prime rib for Christmas with all the fixings.I have this incrediable new leash on life. We all started in April this incrediable life altering journey together and my A TEAM has been here for me .. I want to say how proud I am that u went threw this life altering event with me and to add years to our lives and I so not THINK ANYTHING THIS YEAR UNDER the CHRISTMAS TREE can GIVE ME WHAT I have NEW LEASH ON LIFE and BETTER HEATH and a BETTER ME.. Lisa I hope you have a very Mery Christmas I can't imagine having so many people over for dinner. This is a very significant time of year for me because it was actually on New Years Eve that I made the final decision to loose weight and make major changes in my life. It's been a major roller coaster of a year but so completely worth it. I got my xmas present today when I got on the scale so I am very happy and very content today when most people gain 7lbs over the xmas holidays I seemed to have killed my stall and hit a great new number on the scale. I hope everyone has a very merry christmas and Happy New Year.
