Good morning A-teamers. It feels like I'm going to get blown away to Oz this morning...the wind is howling and it is very cold. I am shocked I had a loss this week, as I grazed a lot at work,,,,,,food everywhere. This time of year is such a challenge, but I know my wonderful team will do well. Current weight 164 lbs. DOS 217 lbs Total loss of 53 lbs. Feeling hungry all of the time! Next fill scheduled for Jan 24th. I have high hopes of losing this additional 30 lbs by April/ May. Just plan to stay busy and more active! Good Luck ............ and Merry Christmas/ !Feliz Navidad!

Morning all, I had a pretty good week, hubby is home for christmas thank goodness. I didn't really exercise this week. But its all good. Before 325 DOS 312 last week 211 this week 210 One pound, I'll take it. 114 lbs gone!!! Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas A-Team!!!! I lost 2 pounds finally and with this terribletwo days I am glad! My daughter yet again brought home a present from school! lice I am so sick of this school distric I just want to move away!! I never had this promblem in elmhurst!!! Ok so I have been dealing with that I did this time use listerine because I will not use the medicated because it leaves scabs all over her head but this not only killed the bugs they were fried turned black and crumbled. Anyone have suggestions because I might go crazy if I have to deal with this again or I will be home schooling!!! anyway Highest 364 DOs 349 today 250 1 pound from goal!!!! (2 pounds gone) HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOH

Dee, Tea tree oil shampoo is supposed to help. also, apply mayonnaise to the hair, wrap in aplastic bag, blow dry a bit, and leave on overnight. It suffocates the lice. My daughter had it once and I hated it, Her hair was waist length and it took forever to comb through her hair. Good luck and congrats on the weight loss

Ok when I Lived in florida it seems lice was so bad there as they love sandy soil.. well what I did is put my girls hair in pony tail and smooth to scalp and tied it in a bun and hair sprayed it to death and My kids never got another another case of lice and I MADE SURE i treated all the stuff animals in plastic bags for 30 says and one school WHERE THEY GOT THE LICE it was so bad the actual state closed down the school and made them remove the soil and all bedding I am firm believer in keeping girls hair up AND HAIR SPRAYED and boys hair short to avoid this headache and only had two cases AND THEY WERE in that school tell they closed it down and made them treat the school . hopefully your school does not get that bad but also avoid movie theaters and sand boxes as they r good way to get them I raised 7 children and only had two cases that one time WITH both daughters .
