Mom's just fine !

My Mom came through surgery just fine. The Dr. called it "routine", no complications. She was in recovery by 11 AM, and in her room by 1 PM. Hopefully, she'll be up and walking by early evening. Thanks for all the prayers and support from my A-team loser buddies. It means a lot to me. DD

Well that is great to hear....Now the loser's bench is a family thing.....You have done great and I am sure that your mother will also...

I read your first post too late to add her to my prayers for the surgery, but I'll pray for a quick and easy recovery for her, although it sounds like God's taking care of that anyway. It's a good thing you've been through this - you can be a one-man support group for her. I'm happy to hear she's doing well. Marcia

Thanks everybody. I'm so excited for her. She's in for a wild ride. I wish she was computer savvy, but she wants nothing to do with the "internets". You'd be a great resource for her- as you've been for me. DD

Horrayyyyyy for Mom! Glad it went well. She is so very lucky to have you as a resource. However, if it is anything like my Mom she will be very reluctant to listen. LOL
