Good morning Shar and fellow A team members .. well this week has been a amazing weight loss .. after 16 weeks of stalling and last 2 weeks I have lost 10 lbs and 6 was this week lbs this wee****ep hopping on the scale I cannot beleive it reads 213 LOL How it I did it last time drop 20 lbs and stall I lose differently than most I suppose..
For a lap band I am doing damn good
Here is what I am doing different I been exercising my little heart out and my water aerobics instructor told me to lose weight I need to up heart rate then decrease it keep doing it for 1 hour. for example keep heart rate above 140 (based on my age ) keep it there for 40 mins drop it down for 5 mins heart rate below 100 then pop it 140 again and slowly decrease it the rest of the hour poof my weight has been dropping.. I work out 6 days a week but I changed how I do it .. gonna keep doing her class it works for me added weight training 30 mins 3 days a week and I do express reshaping 3 days a week for 30 mins.
Biking 10 mins very hard and fast and I pu**** before I get in the pool

average weight loss is 1 lb a week
I am soooooooooooo happy finally all this hard work is paying off LOL 16 weeks of no loss is over yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! could not ask for a better christmas gift
All have a good weight loss weight week coming up
My new motto weight gain never takes a day off .. so I choose to fight it 6 days a week and leave God to handle the 7 th day ..

Congrats to those who have lost and hang in there to those who are struggling, keep with the program and eventually things fall in to place.
Haven't been here in a few weeks, not changing too much right now as I am very close to goal.
Only 5 more pounds to hit 140 which is my goal. Buying size 4 pants and med tops or size 8-10. Love to shop now and can't believe this is me. Bra size went from 44FF to 36 C. And have lost almost 90 inches total. All this in less than 8 months, feeling very proud of myself right now. Can't wait for Christmas to go visit family and friends and totally freak them out!! LOL!!

Current weight 145lbs.
Total loss 125lbs.
Won't be here next week, hope everyone has a great Christmas/Holiday, and live a little, I know I am going to!! And for all you guys caught in the snow keep warm, grab a blanket or a friend because we're all so skinny now we don't have all that extra fat to keep us warm.
