Ugh. I didnt lose anything this week! Bah Humbug!
I am glad to see all of you doing so well though!
Hopefully ill have a loss this coming week. I dunno though....have several Christmas parties to attend. I'll use this week of no loss to help push me through the temptations of so much yummy holiday food that ill be drooling over! lol

Ok, I've not been able to keep close track of my eating over the past two days due to travelling to Virginia. I didn't expect to see any change on the old scale, but was pleasantly suprized to see 2.2# more pounds leave town?! Now 192.8#, a total loss of 145.2# from highest weight!!!!
I'm not really trying anything new to lose again - I guess my body just still wants to lose! I've increased my calorie load to around 1200, and have been less stringent on carbs - keeping it under 100g still (in ketosis) but nothing as strict as I'd been.
Starting my new job tomorrow - so have a few butterflies in the tummy. Wish me luck - and great job everyone!

Today 137 (total lost 106#!!)
7# till GOAL! Exercising 2-3x/week but got lots more toning to do due to some sagging skin...and really having trouble eating. Disliking eating all the meat/cheese/milk items for my protein. I get in my protein but it is a chore.
