Sunday Weigh In
Good morning A-teamers. How has everyone been? The board has been kinda quiet lately, I seem have have , once again, hit my set point. Never in my life, have I ever gone below 232 pounds. No matter what. Whenever I have lost huge amounts of weight, I always hover at 232/ Well, the past 3 weeks I have been hovering and I am scared I won't get below this weight, again. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.OK here goes:

Ok I am with you on this set Point I keep going up down btwn 221 to 224 I swear I have lost same pounds over and over and this am I am 220 and aunt flow is due and I usually spike to 225 so it means I am losing weight yeah ..and briefly threw the week seen 219 Been on this stall for 2 mos but I am seeing it inches just the scale is not measurering it yet..Hang in there,, I really hit the exercise mode and u know the saggy breasts r firming up and when I put a bra on fat is not squish out on the sides of the bra and the back boobs r gone . I am wearing a 40 B bra (yes the girls are almost gone A cup here I come LOL ) talk about having a pear shape figure but today I noticed my midriff fat is going .. like I lost a roll of fat before looked like a yule tide log role on top of the santa size belly has demished to the size of a pillsbury pie crust roll on top of the santa belly.
My lowest was breifly was 218 on sept 29 but I will take the 220 for now as I think I will only lose ounces at a time and I do see the muscles building up .. I see my body changing just the scale is not as fast LOL.. I just lose differently .. a ounce at a time LOL

Day of wls 250 today 220 talk about depressing results .. but hey I can wear a size 18 pants where a year ago I was wearing size 28 pants lost 11 inches in my waist and only 30 pounds to show but hey I am gaining muscle I know that most lose fat before they gain muscle I just did not read the rule book on how it comes off LOL

Good Morning Shar,
I know the hated "set point'. I myself struggle with that one. But this week I kicked it's A**! I usually could never get below 224. I have stuggled with this up and down for the past several weeks. This week I hit 219 and maintained it. That hasn't happened by weeks end I show a 2 to 3 lb increase!! Keep the faith. It is going to happen. For some of us it just takes time. I am trying to maintain and not climb up the scales this week in hopes that I continue my downward trend.

Good Morning Everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. I had a tough week at work but am taking some vacation time in a couple of weeks, so I am looking forward to that. I had a pretty good week as far as a loss, I lost 3lbs and am so excited that I can actually get into a size 18 pants!! I started out in a 32.

That is a loss of 131 since surgery and 155 over all. Life is good.
Good morning! We're in Rochester, NY this week and there is NO SCALE in my boyfriend's parents' house. AARGH! Oh well, maybe this is a good thing-I am completely obsessed with weighing myself twice a day and maybe this will help me with my addiction, LOL. Hopefully next week when I get home I will see a loss.
