Exercise Police here..
Ok everyone I am checking in to see how everyone is doing on the exercise mode ..
I was down a few weeks from exercising due to lower back pain and shoulder pain.. but I am back in the saddle.. happy to report and i think My platue has ended ..
I am doing cardio circut 5 days a week and weight training 3 days and I swim laps and do water aerobics every day.. except on sunday and friday.. Sunday day of rest ...
I been inspired by my water aerobics instructor as she use to be 200 lbs and loves to eat so now she just exercise so she can eat food LOL she currently weight 120 lbs ... she looks amazing no sagging skin at all she said it took 2 year after she met goal to lose the saggy skin .. good luck everyone on the exercise ,,

wow.. she lost her saggy skin after 2 years at goal?? That sounds wonderful! I have resigned myself to 3/4 sleeve shirts for the rest of my life. I have little to no sag anywhere except my upper arms. I could kill someone with these batwings!
I am working out nearly everyday. I do rest one or 2 days a week.. but never in the same order.. and rarely in a row. I use my treadmill.. or bike.. and do the biggest looser or my power 90 workout video everynight. Usually I'm in and out in a hour or so. I have noticed the most improvment in my stamina and ab workouts. It feels good to be getting strong. (even if my weight is not coming off)

Stop being hard on your self it is a process in which we lose I think sometimes we only look at the scale and measure our sucess for weight loss but exercising we can perhaps measure it by how long you stay on exercise bike for 60 mins where as before we gave up after 5 mins. or when we first started WLS journey we could barely walk to mail box before we became winded.. and now we can walk miles now.
I have been negletful on my exercise as well but I wanted to make it a new year resolution to be physically fit for 2008 so I am starting now so when I reach Jan 1 2008 I am past the sore muscles and not want to move a inch mode so I can get past the instant failure status that happens when u make that new year resolution pledge every year to exercise .We set our self up for instant failure..
Just start off slow when u ease back in..

Wow Lisa, I am so impressed by your workout schedule! That is so great to hear that sagging skin can still retract after 2 years. I will keep that in mind as I look at my jiggling batwings and stomach, lol.
I swim laps or do water aerobics 3x a week and go on the elliptical and treadmill 2 or 3x week. It has definitely helped my weight loss get moving again, and my whole body is reshaping itself now. Even when the scale isn't moving, I notice that I'm losing inches.
Seems to me u r doing awesome on work outs and u can see the results..,, I think what i am r realizing the whole concept of how your body lose weight and the mechanics. I am so glad I have this intstructor for our class because she has battled obesity where some people r naturally thin and say hey eat right and exercise alittle u will be thin like me ... that is not me LOL
