Sunday Weigh In!!!!!

Today is my 8 month!!! Wow it went sooo fast! Yesterday was my 7 year wedding anniversary! I feel great except for my back pain is so severe I can hardly walk! Finally got a referral to go back to my chiro so i have to call and make sure they take my new insurance. got my medical records for the new dr and read through some of the stuff I weighed 364 when I went to the cardiologist to get clearence for surgery. SO I am now using that number which makes me feel better like I am losing as I feel I should. I wore size 20 jeans yesterday!! I can still wear 22s and 24 just depends on the brand but when I started this journey I had a pair of size 28 that no longer could zip or button but refused to get 30s so I feel awesome today!!!!! ok blah blah here I go highest 364 DOS 349 today 252 total lost 112 so far WOOO HOOO

Good Morning A Team!! My husband said that it snowed in NJ, about 1/2 an inch. I am visiting in Virginia, sadly have to go home today. Down to business: DOS 351.6 last week: 217.8 this week: 213 that's 4.5 pounds for the week!! WOO HOO must be all that christmas shopping!! Hope everyone is getting ready for the season! Enjoy all!! Good Morning A Team! It looks like everyone is doing so well! Yipeee for us!!! ...and shar, im sooooooo glad to hear you havent been suffering any pain! Thats Awesome news!! I had a pretty good week myself, although i do find myself doing a few things i shouldnt be and i really need to try and be better. I did have a 2lb loss this week though so perhaps i wont suffer the effects of my mistakes until next week? We'll see! Okies...here goes: DOS: 214 GOAL: 120 TODAY: 133 -2 LBS THIS WEEK -81 LBS TOTAL started wearing size 18 and now wear a size 6 (some 8s too depending)

I had a pretty good week. DOS 287 LW 192 Today 189 That's 3 pounds for me!! I have lost 98 pounds. Only two more to go till I reach the CENTURY CLUB!!!!

Stalled. Stuck on 256 lbs. Not that it's such a terrible thing. I'm comfortable at this weight. However, It would be nice to meet my goal of 245 lbs. We'll see. DD

Hello Everyone and a BIG CONGRATS to everyone!! Jan, I am right where you are! I feel ya! I also have 2 more lbs to go till I am at the Century Club! Here is my stats today: DOS 289 Last Week 193 Today: 191 (Down 2 Lbs this week) Totaal Loss 98 lbs Cant wait till next week....Hopefully I will be under 189! Maybe I should just do more shopping!
