I just got out of the hospital

I was wondering what had happened to you! Hoping that things are moving along again soon. That really sucks! When my son was little he caused a fissure by being so constipated, so be careful and avoid the urge to push too hard. It can be really painful. Hope you feel better soon!! (((((HUGS)))))

Shar, Sorry you are not feeling well, I hope things keep moving well for you! I also have had alot of trouble with sluggish bowels. I have to use the miralax every few days. Fiber by itself doesn't do it for me. DId your surgeon say why they don't recommend the miralax? Take care,
