I just got out of the hospital
Oh Shar, I am so sorry to hear that you were in the hospital, but relieved you won't need any other surgery.
Constipation and now hemorrhoids are my biggest problem since surgery. Even with my treasured Fiber Cakes, I still have to be really diligent about making sure my fiber content is as high as I can get it with food, and using benefiber or Fiber Choice chewables.

I hope things get better for you!!! Wishes going out to you! My son has been on miralax for his whole life and it does not help. He still has a hard time and once you get so constipated your colon expands and it is not like a rubberband it takes a long time to fix you have to have bowel movements everyday. Nick still hasn't gotton that. I hope they find a solution for you!!! missed ya

The doctors down here suck and there is basiclly nothing else they will do.
I love leslie why did she leave? I wonder what the new person is like? I love Dr. Frantzides he is the best. I guess that explains why leslie didn't call me and tell me how my blood work went humm I guess I need to call and check that huh?
Leslie is going with a group of surgeons at Highland Park Hospital. She wants to do different surgeries. Her last day was Friday but Doc told her to go see me Saturday morning in the hospital. She said the new PA is very nice. Things change, but I am sure it will be fine. It;s just that she went thru our surgery with us, so it is really a loss for us.
Shar, that sucks! I was wondering where you were! You poor thing-what a crummy weekend for you! I'm so glad you're OK, and home, but wow, that sounds like it was an awful experience. I make sure to get at least 20g of fiber a day, and I also drink two big cups of coffee every day, and that keeps me regular. I make sure to drink enough water to cover the dehydrating aspect of the coffee. I hope you get this problem resolved soon, girl!
