Sunday Weigh In??
HI all Ateamers...
I had been up and down 2# the last 2 weeks but today I am finally down to 140! 10# to go till goal...wow. Weight loss has definately slowed down but I have not been as good about not snacking and getting in my exercise. Today I did good on both areas and exercised. I am going out of town for Thanksgiving to relatives and don't think getting exercise will be as easy, so I got to get it in the next few days.

As for me, I am shocked by my losses the past few weeks, but really pleased!

Today: 218 for a 5 pound loss (104 pounds!!)
Tomorrow is my 6 month follow up (we're a little behind, lol) and I will happily review my good lab results with the good doctor and even though I never thought I'd reach 100 lbs by my "6 month" appt as he wanted, I somehow did it!!

I know what you mean about being shocked with a sudden loss! I'd settled on the fact that I'd plateaued at about 1# per week or two, then whammo - 3# down this week. I wasn't even as regimented about my meal planning - was branching out a bit, adding a few more mixed carbs and proteins!

Yep, that is a "1" in front of my weight! This is officially the lightest I've weighed since 1993!!!!
I'm wearing Large shirts now, as I swim in some of my XL's now. My closet's getting pretty sparse
Well after my 5lb loss I am still standing still....At the beginning of the week I gained 3 back but that came off again and I am happy to say I am at 200 and for a brief moment my scale let me see 199 but it has not stayed there.....Everyone is doing soooo well I am so proud of everyone...

I am stalling big time, but wonder if maybe my body is telling me that this is it? I don't know, but I'm not complaining. I haven't lost anything, have been fluctuating between 150 and 152 for the past several weeks. Part of the problem is that I haven't gotten in as much exercise as I'd like because of other things taking up my time. However, I am having people tell me I've lost some more, so maybe this is one of those stalls that sticks around, then drops. I would like to get down to 149 only so my BMI shows "normal" instead of "overweight", but if I don't, it's ok. I've been eating correctly and getting in my protein, so we'll see. I did have the other day somebody who hadn't seen me in years suddenly recognize me and tell me "You're gorgeous." Hey, I can handle a stall if I get that kind of response. (giggle) (too bad he wasn't anybody I'd be interested in...)
Anyway, stats for this week:

Current: 150 - 152 (take your pick. I'm sticking with the 150 only because my total loss comes out to 90 pounds, which sounds much nicer than 88. Sort of like stores charging $24.99 instead of $25 - it sounds a lot cheaper, even though it's only a penny. LOL. Oh, the mind games we play with ourselves.)
