Sunday Weigh In??
Do you think that because everyone has started slowing down in their weight loss that they aren't reporting as much, especially if you haven't lost anything, or, *gasp* actually gained? I for one am guilty of that. If I haven't lost anything or have a gain, I'm not as quick to report for that particular week.
Anyhow, my stats for the past 2 weeks,

This week 152(Have not weighed this little since my first wedding in 1980)
4 pound loss for 2 weeks, only 12 pounds to goal.
Maybe at goal for Christmas. Wouldn't that be awesome!!!!
Hope all you Americans have a great Thanksgiving, be good, not too much stuffing and naughty stuff. Us Canadians had our Thanksgiving last month.

Ahh...so we are posting our weigh in today afterall! Before i left for church this morning i looked but didnt see our weigh in up on the board!
I admit...i smiled and thought perhaps i could get away with not "reporting" and thought....if i can lose some weight this week, maybe next sunday i can appear as though ive been doing fine! Ha! Thanks alot Sharra! (by the way? where is shar?)
Ok, so i shouldnt complain because i did actually lose a stinkin pound. I had just hoped for more. At least i didnt gain though, right?? boy...this weight isnt coming off as easily as it did the first 5 months! I can only imagine how hard the holidays are going to be with all the delicious food around. I think halloween candy won the battle each time i tried to fight it.....Lord only knows how weak ill be around pumpkin pie and fudge. Ugh. I can almost smell it. (pray for me!) lol

Congrats all. I had a good week too, after nothing in three weeks I'm down by 5 lbs. YAHOO!!! Just what I needed to see to keep pushing. Maybe its the season that has everyone slowing down, body going into its own version of hibernation.

Not too bad. I am getting a little tired of all the questions and compliments (especially from men LOL). But I wouldn't have it any other way. What a wonderful life changing surgery this was. I wouldn't change a thing. Good luck all!

Congrats to all my A-Team!!!! You are all doing GREAT and I know we will all get to goal sooner than we think.
I must say that I have been stalled for what seems like a very long time. I am at what my doctor set as a goal weight but cannot seem to get closer to MY goal. Oh well, I guess with time I shall get there too.

Seems like this week is going better for the A team. One reason I try to particpate each weekend that I am home is because this is part of my "Accountibility". This is a major part of my success habits I have been developing for the last 7 months.
We have had a lot of sunny weather here in CA. I have tried to take advantage and spend time outside MOVING my body whenever possible.
Hang in there gang! This is the time when we have to really understand this WLS process and avoid the things that caused us the overeat in the first place.

Hi Everyone,
Having a hard time with the holiday's coming. It's not about the food. This is our first holiday season since my mom passed away. I thought I was emotional before. I just can't seem to quiet crying. Finely had to get some Xanax from doctor and they seem to be helping a little.
Hope everyone has a Wonder Thanksgiving with your families!!! I am going to miss the pumkin pie. I have not ate anything thing with Sugar yet so if anyone know a sugar free pumkin pie recipe or anything to take it's place will you please PM me.

Dani just add splenda in place of the regular sugar! That's what I do and the desserts come out tasting the same with good texture. Also, check out http://www/allrecipes.com
They have some great sugar free recipes (or diabetic recipes). Wow, down a146 pounds...that's awesome!
