SUNDAY WEIGH IN
It has been an up and down this week since hitting the 100 # weight loss. I found myself snacking this week on things I don't usually touch (ah, let me reprase that...taking a few meager bites of carbs per day (vs not at all). Not to make excuses, but I had a stressful week or two since I had been studying for a recertification exam that I have to take and pass every 7 years. I took it on Thursday and well, haven't really regrouped since then. I feel pretty certain that I passed, so I should feel terrific, but I don't. I am kinda slugggish with little motivation for unknown reasons. Feel like moping around, again, not sure what the deal is...but just haven't got the get up and go to prepare the right food or get the exercise.

last week 143
today 142 (had been down to 141!) - lost 1# this week and 101# overall
SO, a 1# weight loss is pretty good for me this week - I'll take it! And, hope that my mood improves and motivation returns.
12# till goal. Can't believe I am almost to that final 10#...maybe my current behavior is self sabatoge (ah, not sure of the spelling on that one!)
Hi All,
My weight loss has slowed down. I only lost 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks, but I don't worry about it. I'm sure it will continue. The good news I just about fit in 38" jeans my wife just bought me. I havn't been that size in about 20 years.
2 days before surgery 376.6
This Morning 234.6
Total Loss 142#
Have a great day

Good week here as well. Lowest I hit was 199.6# on Saturday morning, but today still hovering around 200-201#. I hit the salty food a bit more than usual on Sat/Sun, so I think that's the extra pound or two. Still keepin' it real with around 800-1000 calories per day and about 80-100g of protein.
I seem to detect a theme in these posts, most folks who've lost rather regularly are starting to slow down or stall, while those who've struggled a bit more over the long haul continue to lose. Probably each person's body chemistry, but glad to see we're all on the right path. I guess our 6 month honeymoon is over - now comes the challenge to step up the workouts, and keep watching out for mindless snacking!
