7 month pics

Hello Everyone!!! It is hard to believe it's been 7 months today and down 137 lbs. I know it is going to be harder to get the remaining 80 lbs off, but my son and I have joined the gym together since it is getting colder. Have alot of fun working out and talking about our days. you look so amazing!!!! Congrats to you! I too am going to join the gym. They put one by my house that is about 5 min away and 24 hours so I will have no excuse about time!! I need it too I have not lost any weight in a month!!!

Thanks....I just checked out your new pics, you are doing great yourself. I am having alot of fun at the gym. Thought I would feel uncomfortable like prior to surgery, but I have found more confidence these days. Good luck at the gym!!

Thanks, I am feeling terrific. When I got home today I realized after I did it, I was able to run up the stairs 2 at a time. Okay so there is only about 8 stairs!!
