two pounds
Well, if it's any comfort, my exercise physiologist brother says that BMI is not a true measure anyway, because it doesn't take into account muscle weight. So maybe you'll be "overweight" by BMI standards, but you can always claim it's mostly muscle. (As in "that's my story and I'm sticking with it".) (And maybe by this time it is.)
Anyway, to be considered normal weight by any standard is going to be a trip.. Thanks.

Wow Marcia. I looked at your before and after and you do not look like the same person. I ultimately have the same goal as you to get to 'normal'. It would be the first time I was normal at anything. LOL.
Have fun undie shopping. My body has changed so much that the old shapes no longer work so I have to keep trying all kinds of new styles. Hmmm. Such a hardship...
Great job!!
