Hey, guys! Two more pounds and my BMI will no longer be classified as "overweight". I'll be (drum roll.....) NORMAL!!! Ok, I'll keep everybody posted. Marcia

Lucky dog! I just went under 30 BMI. Now I guess I'm merely "overweight". However, I don't ever see myself reaching 215 lbs. to qualify as "normal". I honestly don't think I'd feel healthy dropping another 45 lbs. Great job, Marcia and Congrats! DD

Well, if it's any comfort, my exercise physiologist brother says that BMI is not a true measure anyway, because it doesn't take into account muscle weight. So maybe you'll be "overweight" by BMI standards, but you can always claim it's mostly muscle. (As in "that's my story and I'm sticking with it".) (And maybe by this time it is.) Anyway, to be considered normal weight by any standard is going to be a trip.. Thanks. Marcia

Darn right! I spent most of my youth lifting weights. Why would I want to be built like an Ethiopian marathon runner now? I do have about 20-25 lbs. of blubber around the middle I need to lose yet, BUT another 10-15 lbs. of muscle wouldn't hurt me either. DD

WOW-that is huge! I'm so impressed, Marcia. That is my ultimate goal, and I still can't even imagine reaching it. You must be so proud of yourself-make sure you treat yourself to something wonderful in 2 lbs!

Thanks Schmeesa! I am definitely going to have to treat myself to new underwear, but I don't know if it counts as "wonderful" or not.... (Guess it depends on the type of underwear, huh? Cotton Fruit-of-the-looms won't count, I guess.

Wow Marcia. I looked at your before and after and you do not look like the same person. I ultimately have the same goal as you to get to 'normal'. It would be the first time I was normal at anything. LOL. Have fun undie shopping. My body has changed so much that the old shapes no longer work so I have to keep trying all kinds of new styles. Hmmm. Such a hardship... Great job!!

What?! No more granny undies! They're simply not allowed! Go somewhere with fabulous lingerie and go nuts!

I'll try, but Victoria's Secret intimidates the Dickens out of me. Of course, I look like their other customers now...hmmm... maybe I should. Marcia
