Missing the growl?

Since surgery I noticed my stomach doesn't growl anymore. There's just that dull ache and it feels like its about to growl and then... nothing. I miss that rumble in the tummy. Has anybody else noticed noticed its absence?

Mine growls still but maybe not as much. I make for that with hiccups frequently or gas (sorry!).

My stomach does the same exact thing!! Weird isn't it?

Mine still makes all kinds of grumbling, gurgling noises! There is always weird noises coming from my gut.

Mine, too! My stomach is constantly gurgling and rumbling now!

When I first had surgery, my wife mistook it for thunder!

My tummy still growls. Even though I don't feel hungry anymore! I guess that's a good thing.

Well mine was growling but only when it is digesting the food. Yeah I miss the hunger growl but I will never miss the hunger pains..

mine really likes to do in class wen it is nice and quiet lol
