I'm SO relieved to hear I'm not the only one struggling with the food demons! This week was a toughie-last night I had a huge ****tail and a piece of amaretto cheesecake with dinner. It was scary. If I stick to solids and veggies my pouch is tiny; but carbs slide right in with no trouble. Sugar doesn't make me sick at all unless I have it on an empty stomach, so I really have to be careful. I do fine at home, but have a hard time resisting when we go out.

Hope all is well. I missed last weeks weigh in since I was out of town in Georgia watching my nephew graduate from basic training.It was awesome and I was so proud of him. We'll have him home with us for a few months before he is deployed to Iraq in January.

No movement this week either. I'm stuck on stupid, err, 262 lbs. I mean. Haven't rode my bike in weeks, and seem to have developed a little bit of a sweet tooth myself (yikes!). I Need to get with the program.

Good Afternoon A-teamers!!
Seems more and more of us are getting into the century club! But, alas a lot of us seem to be slowing way down. I only had a loss of one lb this week for a total of 103lbs lost.
But I did the stupidest thing. I tested sweets to see if I would dump. I was hoping and hoping that I WOULD dump. But no I didn't. And for someone who always said that they didn't have a sweet tooth....I am craving sweets! UGHHHHHHH
I am going to nip it in the bud NOW.

Exercised 3x this week, got in all my protein, thrilled my doc and my cardiologist and surgeon at my 6 month post op but they recommend increasing my exercise to 4x/week! I am having lots of trouble with food looking oh so good right now, but luckily most solid food still bugs my pouch. And, I think I have developed some lactose intolerance. That will be my downfall since I get most of my protein via milk, yogurt, cheese, etc. UGH. Hey, I am just going to forget all the bad this week and enjoy the weight loss!
Very very discouraged this week another 221 for 3 weeks I did brielfy dip down to 219 yesterday but this am I was 221 I did drink more fluids and have been excercising and still vomiting twice a day and not able to get in more than 900 calories and not losing .. Seems I am drinking alot of milk ,,, craving it in fact ,, so gonna try to cut down on it and see if that gets the weight loss moving ,, I am having hard time eating protein but I am feeling better I can only eat 2 oz of food and that is so hard as I want to eat more and before I realize it I am downing 3 oz and I will vomit the excess out.. had to crack up on my thinking processs I was thinking u know I am so sick of this dieting I am gonna go back and eat like I use 2 and well I can't even do that LOL I am gonna vomit it up LOL I woke and said hello to my self u have a gastric band .. no turning back now LOL . I got to learn patience and know this is gonna take 2 long years .. not 6 mos ...it is a tool not a cure all... I can be so stubborn LOL and patience is nit a vurture I have not acquired LOL

nO loss to report here either. I haven't been to the gym in two months! Once this finance class is overwith, I'm sure i'll get that spare time to go again. I haven't been eating too badly this week thank goodness. I also haven't felt like cooking. I have been living off of Lean Cuisine Pannini's and Smart Ones. Anyway,. here's my #s. I go in for my 6 mo on the 27th, so I'll have more accurate numbers then.
