SUNDAY WEIGH IN

Wow Shar you had a good week. Keep up the wonderful job. Apparently the whole team is doing a wonderful job. We were out camping on the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia, so I am a little late on the weigh in. Better late than never! LOL! Dos: 351.6 last week: 236 this week: 235.8 Total 115.8 pounds gone forever!
