oh gosh, I'm sorry - without cheese sticks, I don't know what I'd do. They are my go-to food along with jerky. But, I am not able to have milk or yogurt or sour cream. All three give me the worst feeling and then I am headed to the bathroom. Fortunately I don't really like milk so I don't miss it, but I do miss sour cream when I have mexican food. have you tried using lactaid or something along those lines? http://www.lactaid.com/products/index.jhtml?id=lactaid/products/dietsup.inc I'd check with my surgeon first, but maybe that could help you be able to tolerate cheese better. I can't figure out if I am lactose intolerant or not. Shakes with milk were starting to make me feel icky but then I tried with lactose free milk and the first one was fine but after that it did the same thing. I drank plain milk last night and it did nothing to me. I have been eating Live Active cheese for digestive health. That stuff is gooood. Brandy
