peanut butter protein balls
I seen this recipe and thought I would share..
Protein Balls
1C chocolate protein powder
1C oatmeal (not instant and NOT cooked)
1C peanutbutter (I like crunchy)
5 Tsp. Splenda (to taste)
Nuke the peanut butter for 1 minute. Mix ingredients together. Add a sprinkle of water to get it a consistancy that can be formed into balls and not fall apart. Can be kept in fridge.
