Hello A-teamers, I didnt have that great of a week. The closer I get to goal the slower I'm loosing. Right now I'm 15 pounds away from goal. I'm not complaining because I did loose this week. One is better than none!! Here are my stats. DOS: 4-17 244.5 Last week: 146 This week: 145 Total loss 1 pound this week and 99.5 total. I'm having a hard time reaching the 100 mark. Hopefully next week this time I will have met this goal. Jenn

Good Morning!!! Everyone is looking great. Seems like alot of people are noticing my weight loss lately. Probably cause I am wearing clothes that actually fit. Highest: 397 est weight DOS:383 Last Week:274 Today: 271 (- 3lbs) Down a total of 126 lbs. Next Weds is my 6 mth check-up. Take care and have a great week! Dani

Hi All - I think its been a while since I weighed in but here goes: Highest: 348 DOS: 343 Last week: (errr, don't remember... oops) Today: 234 Total loss: 114 Since surgery: 109 Congrats to all on some awesome losses!!!

Congrats everyone! It is great to see the lbs falling off! Speaking of falling off.............I did not loose this week. I have been teetering around 204 to 207 for the last 3 weeks - Bummer! It is a little depressing WELL- - a BUNCH depressing. Anyway here are this weeks no so good results: DOS 289 Last week 204 This week 206 That is an increase of 2 lbs....This is the 1st time this has happened to me. Glad I have you guys because I know from reading on here, this can happen. I am not sure what the problem is BUT I am going to increase my water intake and add 2 shakes this week to my diet. I am going to also add 1/2 a protein bullet in the afternoon to increase my protein. I will also climb on the ole treadmill an extra time this week! We will see next week how it goes. Huggs, Rhonda

Wow! Everyone is doing so well I love reading everyone's weigh in's on Sunday morning! Im so proud of us all ! We definitely RoCK!! I usually dont get to log in until Sunday evening or sometimes even on Monday because i usually have so much going on ....but im playing hooky from church this morning and decided to listen to my church service on the radio. I kinda went out and painted the town a little too much last night and my husband and I didnt get home until 3am. Ugh. Anyway, i thought for sure my bad night would be seen on the scale this morning (i drank a lot more beer than i thought my stomach would ever allow..but did fine! scary!) Anyway, i still see a loss so maybe i got lucky....or maybe that will haunt me next week when it catches up with me. Either way, here goes: DOS: 214 GOAL: 120 CURRENT: 145 I think thats a couple lbs less from last sunday weigh in. I really wish i had better memory when it comes to numbers. Ill have to look at the archives ...anyway, im pretty sure i lost a couple lbs this week.

Hello all A-team members! Wow I just want to say how it is so funny that we all have the same thing going on for the most part! Sorry I missed last week but I didn't have a loss but thankfuly no gain as well so here are my numbers! Highest: 325 DOS:309 Last report: 235 Today: 231 I can not wait to break free of the 230's!! Good morning everyone! Looks like I am not the only one slowing down or stalling. I thought I had a pretty good week but the numbers dont show it. My clothes size dropped again though. I had to buy size 14 jeans, a size large skirt and a MEDIUM top! What's up with that? I havent wore a medium since Jr High..........LOL Oh well, here are my stats for this week: Highest: 276 DOS: 263 Last week: 178.5 This week: 178.5 No loss, no gain. I dont think I will be meeting my mini goal of 100lbs by Oct 1st, unless I lose 2.5 lbs overnight! I hope everyone has a fabulous week!
