Good Afternoon A-Team, Tomorrow I will be exactly 4 months out. So far to date I am so pleased with the decision that I made to get this surgery. It has truly been a life changing experience. Here are my stats. DOS 4/18/07 244.5 Last week: 153 Today 9/17/07 149 4 pound loss for the week and a total loss of 95.5 pounds. I'm only 19 pounds away from goal. Yipee!! GO STEELERS! Jenn

I didn't weigh in last week, but over the last two weeks, it looks like I've lost 4 lbs, which is about twice my normal weight loss these days. I've been averaging a lb a week, so I'm pretty happy about 4 lbs in 2 weeks. Pre-op Diet: 278 DOS: 264.4 Last Week: 214.4 Today: 210.4 54 since surgery; 68 total. shana

Preop: 240 DOS: 232 Current: 160 Next goal: get off BP medicine, whatever that weight winds up being. I think it's a 2 pound loss this week, but it's a loss, and that's what counts. Peace everybody. Marcia

Phew-I'm glad I'm not the only one who has slowed WAY down! This week I finally entered ONEderland-woo hoo! Highest: 293 DOS: 287 Last week: 200 Today: 198 Total loss: -95 lbs.

I am in the same blasted boat as many of my A' team buddies. Stall, Stall, Stall. Bald, Bald, Bald. I am doing the work. I upped my protein and water intake. I added more cardio (walking) this week. I am so disgusted I am boycotting my scale right now. So, I have no more stats. Just wanted to check in and share with you all since I know you understand.
