Good morning boys and girls of the Mighty A-Team!!! I don't know about you guys, but my weight loss is beginning to come to a screaming halt. For the past month I have hovered over the same 1-2 pounds. But, it seems at the very last second, I have dropped 2 pounds this week, all since yesterday.. I hope those 2 pounds stay off the whole week. OK< here it goes: DOD 345 Last week 254 Today: 252 Total lost since surgery.............. 93 pounds And how was your week? Morning Shar. Hello A-team, Between my vacation, birthday, and lack of exercise I've managed to gain 3 lbs. Oh well, lesson learned. Back on track this week. The numbers: Highest: 387 lbs. DOS : 356 lbs. Last 9/9/07 : 271 lbs. Today : 274 lbs. I'm about 30 lbs. from my final goal. Time to kick hard down the home stretch. Have a great week Losers. DD

good morning A team!!! Not much to talk about been sick all week. I only exercised 1 day. I pretty much was sleeping unless I had to be awake. Highest 357 DOS 349 Today 267 Total lost 90 ibs I was hoping to hit 100 lbs by my 6 months but that seems to be slipping away. Thats OK 90 pounds is awesome!

Goodmorning everyone! Well, I am off to a family reunion today. Most of which have no clue that I had weight loss surgery. Should prove interesting..........lol Highest: 276 DOS: 263 Last week: 185 Today: 183 Loss of 2 lbs this week Grand total of 93 lbs gone forever!!! Everyone have a great day! Cindy

Good Morning Everyone, Well, today is my 5 month anniversay. I can't believe it has already been 5 months, but so much has changed in such a short amount of time. Highest: 347 DOS: 323 Last Week: 233 Today: 230 That makes for a total of 117lbs gone and 93 since surgery.

Ok, not sure how, but my loss kicked into high gear this week, no major change - though I did walk a bit more during the week. Still on track for revised goal of 200# by Thanksgiving, and 190# by Christmas. I couldn't believe it when I bought my 38" pants last week, and now some of them are already getting looser! Buy stock in the Steve & Barry's company - I'm a regular there now! RNY Progress so far Heaviest (July '06) = 338# Liquid Diet (4/13) = 320# Surgery 4/27/07 = 305# 16 1/2 wks post op = 215.8# = - 5# this week!!!!! 122.2# overall 89.2# since surgery!!!!!!

Hi A-Teamers!! Well here is my new avatar. I'm not happy with how it turned out at all. It makes me look wider than I already am. I hope you can see a change.
