SUNDAY WEIGH IN
I'm on week 2 w/ no loss. still holding steady at 214.6. I've been traveling a lot and not eating "mindfully" as much as I would like. I actually didn't even weigh in today because I weighed in on Friday (at 214.6) before I left for my "1st-game-of-the-season" weekend (GO RAIDERS), w/ my best friend in SF.
We ate sushi and some other stuff that wasn't too bad, but I know I could have done better.
I think I consumed too much to have lost, so I'm sticking w/ 214.6 until my weigh-in next week and will hopefully have something better to report.

I had a good week this week, last week I saw my head doctor and got my meds adjusted. I am getting more rest and returned to exercising this week. Was just feeling to blue to exercise last week.

Cindy we weigh the same...woohoo!!!! Let's here it for 185! Things are moving slow but steady, so no complaints here. As long as I keep seeing the numbers go down I don't care how long it takes! The best part is that I feel great, I'm off all my meds and everyone says I'm lookin good too! Now how can I complain about that?
